Terms of use.

Effective October 19, 2026. These terms explain how you may use Emberfloat’s website and iPhone app, operated by Framework & Forge.

Your account

You must be at least 13 and use an email account you control. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms on your own where you live, use Emberfloat only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Keep sign-in codes private. You are responsible for content you submit and must follow the community rules.

Sharing content

You retain rights you have in your own original writing and content. By submitting a link, title, note or comment, you permit Emberfloat to store, display and distribute that submission within the service, including its journey history, and to review it for safety. This permission lasts while the content remains in the service and ends for removed content, subject to temporary recovery copies and copies already made by others. Share only material you are permitted to share; do not upload or link to stolen, unlawful or infringing material.

External services

Emberfloat helps people discover and share links; it does not own or host the original songs and videos. Media playback, provider accounts, rights, subscriptions and availability are governed by the original provider. We cannot promise that a link or embedded player will stay available. Emberfloat currently has no paid plans or in-app purchases; a media provider may charge for its own service.

Safety and access

We can hold, remove or restrict content and suspend accounts to enforce these terms, address reports, protect people, or comply with applicable requirements. A language filter can make mistakes; contact help@emberfloat.com to request review of a moderation decision. Do not evade blocks or suspensions, impersonate people, scrape private information, interfere with the app, or create coordinated spam.

Deletion and service changes

You can export your data and delete your account from Account → Preferences → Account data. Other users lose access to journeys you started when those journeys are deleted. We may change or discontinue features, and service interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
