Contact Emberfloat

help@emberfloat.com handles app support, privacy requests, account questions, and content concerns. Include the problem, approximate time, device and browser or app version. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or session tokens.

Signing in

Enter your email and use the newest sign-in code. Check spam, wait at least one minute before requesting another, and remember that codes expire. Use the same email to return to your saved discoveries. There is no shared pilot password.

Reporting and blocking

Open the menu on an Ember or a note to report it or block its author. Reports reach the moderation queue. You can reverse blocks in Account. For an urgent content concern, contact us with the journey link and a description. Emberfloat is not an emergency service.

Export or delete your account

Sign in, open Account → Preferences → Account data, and download your data or choose permanent deletion. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion removes your app data and your Emberfloat sign-in identity. Your original media and email inbox are unaffected. If the authentication service is temporarily unavailable, your app data is removed first and sign-in cleanup retries automatically.

If you cannot enter the app, use account deletion to verify your email and delete your own account. Blocked accounts can use this flow without regaining access to the community.

Media that will not play

Try the original-link button. Videos and songs can be unavailable because of regional rights, provider sign-in requirements, removal, or embedding restrictions. Emberfloat does not host or download the media.
