Share a song, a laugh, a memory or a discovery with a thoughtful note. Label your own work as a creator submission. Do not impersonate another person or present someone else’s creation as yours.

What does not belong here

• Pornography, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, or exposing someone’s private information.
• Scams, malware, illegal activity, spam, coordinated manipulation, or content that infringes someone’s rights.
• Encouragement of self-harm, violence, or dangerous acts.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, blocks, or account restrictions.

Links and moderation

Use supported HTTPS links from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music or Vimeo. Supported providers do not guarantee safe content. Our language filter checks submitted text, not the audio or video; matching submissions are held for human review. Moderators can remove content and suspend accounts.

Report, block, or ask for review

Use the menu on an Ember or a note to report it or block its author. Reporting hides the reported item from your discovery or note view; it does not automatically remove it for everyone. We review reports and can investigate concerns sent to help@emberfloat.com. Include the journey link and describe the issue. To challenge a moderation decision, contact us with the relevant item and context.

For people 13 and older

Do not create an account if you are under 13. Respect others’ boundaries and avoid sharing personal contact details publicly. The service is not an emergency contact channel.
